Every wine has its “outfit”

At Morando’s the phase known as bottling, is the process of packaging wines in their various types of recipient. The filling of bottles and demijohns includes different phases, such as stripping, micro-filtration, bottle rinsing, addition of SO2, filling, corking, wire-hooding and pasteurisation.

As far as the conditioning of cartons is concerned, the phases are stripping and micro-filtration, while filling coincides with dressing, the same goes for bag in box wines.
